Call Center Management:

  • Extensive experience in call center management is essential for success in this role.

Leadership and Communication:

  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication, and influencing skills at a senior level.

Outsourcing/Contact Center Expertise:

  • Experience in working in an outsourcing or contact center operation, handling all three LOBs (Chat/Call/Email).

Multi-Site Management:

  • Experience in managing large multi-site/multi-skilled contact centers.

Strategic Alignment:

  • Ability to translate business strategy into day-to-day operational delivery.

Quality Performance:

  • Proven ability to set and review quality performance standards.

Productivity and Objectives:

  • Experience in setting and reviewing organizational/productivity objectives aligned with commercial contracts.

Business Continuity:

  • Responsibility for business continuity planning.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
