- HSC/Graduate + Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO
- SSC + Minimum 2 years of experience in International BPO
- Travelling Boundaries: Kurla to Kalyan / Kurla to Nerul / Only Mira Road
- Travelling Allowances: Centralized Pickup and Home Drop
- Age criteria: Max 43 Years
- Week offs: Fixed weekends off
- Workdays: 5 Days
- Shift timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM & 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
